Abdelkérim Mahamat Kreich is an attorney-at-law admitted to the Bars of Chad and Paris.

Prior to establishing Kreich Avocats in Chad, Abdelkérim gained a significant experience (5 years) as a trainee and an associate in the Banking and Finance Departments of international law firms based in Paris (Clifford Chance, Jones Day, DLA Piper, Shearman & Sterling, Gide, LPA).

Abdelkérim advises various major investors and credit institutions in respect of investments, financing and infrastructure and energy projects in Chad and the CEMAC region.

He also handles commercial, financial, construction and investment related disputes before the courts, as well as arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.
